Baby Bear Card

Hi beauties!

Hope you are all ok. I have just gotten Baby Bear stamp set and I LOVE it! Knew I would when I first saw it but seeing everyone's creations with it has made it worse! lol

I decided to use it for a class I done. Here are the cards we all made. This first card is my original card and the rest we all made in class.

Here is a link to convert the measurements into whatever format you like -

I have done a standard 4 inch x 6 inch card and my layers were cut down bit by bit until I liked the amount of bored for each layer. I didn't do anything exact as I thought it was nice to do it a bit more free.

Each base has a layer of playful palette and then very vanilla. We stamped baby bear in one colour but stamped off. For the first image we stamped off twice and then once for the second image and then we didn't for the final image giving the look of different colours using one ink pad. I think it's good to work with minimal supplies so you can explore them and get the most out of everything. this is good whether you are on a tight budget or not.

The bow was made out of playful palette DSP and the banners underneath were sponged and cut from very vanilla. I sponged the edges of the vanilla to add texture and cut out the celebrate sentiment free hand. I think it turned out well. That stamp is from the charity set my hero. This is for the ronald mcdonald house charity.

I curled the sentiment with scissors and layered up dimensionals to add the appearance of the banner moving in the wind.

I left mine blank inside with a layer of very vanilla so I could a sentiment at a later stage. I like having those kind of cards in my stash for those forgotten events and occasions.
