Butterfly Artwork

Hello Everyone!

I hope you like the commission piece I done this week. As you can see the theme was butterflies, pinks, purples and bling. Basically girly. I used some of my scraps to cut out the butterflies with.

I think the colours I used were ; melon mambo, pink pirouette, rich razzleberry, whisper white and some old retired DSP. the honeycomb embellishments were also retired from sale-a-bration I think.

I stamped on the back ground with grateful bunch stamp set in pink pirouette. I added whisper white flowers and sequins loose on the bottom of the frame so it has a shaker card element.

The words used were from thoughtful banners and I stamped them in smokey slate and sponged the butterflies with smokey slate as well.

The card base was 9 inches x 9 inches and the frame is from IKEA and is just over 9 inches x 9 inches.

This was super quick but so effective and I think it's great to know that the SU products aren't just for cards but home decor and so much more!
