Medication the Cute Way

Cute Medication Organisation

SO I have done like 6 posts in 2 weeks! Yay me! Aren't you all lucky lol

When I was organising my craft room I fund this medication organiser that I bought in the pound shop. You can find them online as well. I decided to make a box for it and decorate it as a gift! If you were taking the whole thing out maybe don't do such 3D embellishments but my one is to sit on my mums dresser and she can take each days meds out with her easily.

I used the 1 and 3/4 inch circle punch to make corner protectors/strengthen them. I then folder it in half both ways and cut out one quarter. Then I used tombow liquid glue to adhere it.

My embellishments were old ones from other projects. Some have retired DSP and colours but shhhhhh don't tell anyone lol. We all have those retired bits we need to use up and I am slowly getting through mine.

I used the fine tip glue pen to coat the circle with the dragonfly to make it look more dynamic and textured. I sponged the edges with berry burst.

Make sure you measure your medication case as sizes vary.

My box base and lid measure - 7 inches by 4 inches

Score at 3/4 inches on all four sides on both the base and lid. When scoring the lid - but a piece of card in between the score board and cardstock so that you get a bit of a gap to make the lid fit better. I will be doing a video on how to do this on the scoreboard and trimmer.

Cut up the corners and stick together with a strong adhesive. I also stuck my medication case into the base so it can't fall out.

Here is my list of products and alternatives to my retired bits
