Sahara Sand Swirly Card
Hello wonderful people! How are you all today? So this card is using a popular stamp set but one that I haven't exactly fell in love with.
This card is A6 which is 4" x 6" or 10cm x 15cm. This is my usual size for a 'small card'. DISCLAIMER - The baker's twine I have used has now retired so as always I will link a replacement product in our recent catalogue(s).
The card is stamped on directly onto the base, I used the daisy punch to make a shaker window with some retired sequins inside and some foiled acetate underneath.
I added some acetate into the inside along with a basic black bird and the daisy I punched out from the front. I added some acetate to the right side of the card and wrapped round some old twine in my stash. I also added some wink of stella into the centre of some of the flowers to draw in the eye.
If you stamp on the cardstock before punching it means you can use the daisy for the inside and that added touch brings the card together. I stamped the sentiments from the Lemon Zest stamp set and the flowers/bird is from the swirly bird stamp set. The punches I have used are listed below along with everything else I have used and links to my online shop.
I hope you like this simple but effective card. One layer but still full of volume and dimension!
Here are the supplies -
Lots of love
